Awaken and align your body while connecting with your friends, colleagues and/or partners with this intimate lull yoga practice. This session brings attention to our mind and body connection, allowing for participants to go within for self awareness. Customized to your groups preference, this vinyasa flow: incorporating sound, breath, meditation and movement, is provided in-person or online! Enhance your mind-body connection, brain function, emotional awareness and group flow; all while making memories with your group of choice with Co-work Connection! (+ up to 10) ~ $300 base price (+$4 per head after 10 people) 30 person max per session Request to book with details on your groups intention for practice.
