Course Description: This course delves into the study of our capacity to effectively utilize our knowledge and emotions to convey, receive, and retain joyful experiences. You will learn and understand each of the 4 pillars to cultivate happiness from within: Emotional Wellness, Intellectual Wellness, Interpersonal Wellness, & Spiritual Wellness under the lens of Positive Psychology. This course contains tools to understand our capacity to effectively utilize our knowledge and emotions to convey, receive, and retain information. We will explore the methods by which we process stimuli, be it from external sources or within ourselves to optimize or diminish our experiences. We will examine the ways in which we make meaning from our experiences, recall information from memory, and generate messages through various levels of consciousness. Meeting Times: 30 Day Course & 2 live sessions March 16th (4:00 pm PT & 7:00 pm ET) April 16th email info@welull to schedule 1-on-1 to debrief. During Course: Joy is not a one size fits all. You will have access to the library of wellness tools including meditations and breath work from your instructor and recommendations that best fit you. You will have weekly quizzes and receive detailed feedback. You will have access to your instructor, just as you would during the university course, through email and scheduled office hours.
