At  weBreathe of Lull Health & Wellness , our primary promise is to strengthen participants inherent and intuitive abilities within themselves inwardly, to connect outwardly. Within this, clients have shared their deeper connection with self to expand their capacity to connect and create. All of our breathwork offerings implement science-based practices customized toward positivity psychology and spiritual wellness.

Do you still offer DOGA practices come to fruition?

Yes. This was a huge part of Natasha's journey while engaging in breathwork. WeBreathe is still In partnership with @HealthySpot for events.

"After a difficult season losing my brother and best friend Alexander Baillères, I was fortunate to receive the pup we rescued 6 years prior, Cooper. While studying clinical psychology, eastern cultures, grief & animal human bond at Columbia University while simultaneously producing at Snap.inc, the development of weBreathe & weLull D'oga came into fruition. This practice, incorporating my animal human bond, yoga, breathwork and production knowledge, contributed to the hope of  'making  meaning' from my grief."  

 

Why offer digital practices?

 weBreathe of Lull Health and Wellness was founded while building digital literacy, working and training at top companies, while studying the science behind spirit mind and body medicine. Offering wellness practices online, and planning in person events during the quarantine period of COVID-19, WeBreathe now offers breath work, mindfulness and yoga group trainings. In addition to these practices's I also offer Animal human bond Doga events for your chosen & approved community!
