20 hr: $250 10 hr: $150 Email INFO@WELULL.COM These breath work excercises have been tested and used within science, spiritual and psychological practices; shown to calm anxiety, increase brain function and memory. Breath work has been used as a tool assisting with depression, anxiety, stress and tension. It has also been used to reach higher states of conciousness. After consultation, we will discuess goals and intensions; discovering which breath work excercises will be most beneficial for you. - Breath work is also great for those who are preparing for pregnancy, experience asthma, bronchitus, emphysema, struggle with mindfulness or engaging in meditation, & much more. Natasha, a certified breathwork coach, will introduce you to 8-10 breath work excercises. By the end of this course, you will have learned the different methods to engage in each breathing technique, time managment, and have the ability to practice the breath work on your own; in addition, you will recieve the recordings of your final sessions to review/practice. Natasha will be available to you after taking this course via site as well as other members who have taken this course to share experiences. This course is available online via zoom and in person. We will meet 2 times per week ~ 6 total lives.
