Private Group Breathwork Event

Service Description

This service is for those hosting wellness events, trainings, or special events such as birthdays/seminars, seeking a Breathwork session. WeBreathe optimizes your breathwork experience through music, reiki and a circular breathing practice for enhanced energy and extended relaxation. During this 1.5 hour session, participants will journey through their set intention, using a science backed breathing practice and music, shown to decrease anxiety, process traumatic events and regulate one's nervous system. If owner, Natasha Bailleres M.A., M.Ed., is available to host your session, You will also receive reiki and additional esoteric tools to integrate during and after breathing. Participants will leave with a gift and 2 simple pranayama breathing methods to implement for daily practice to continue/optimize the benefits from our session together. 0-10 participants: $400 10-20 participants: $600 20-30 participants $900 30-40 participants: $1500 (any group over 30 requires 2 practitioners to be present for support & supervision) Upon Booking, please include your event. Participants experience with Breathwork as well as your WHY for engaging with breathwork. Additionally, please list any health concerns participants may be facing. Looking forward to connecting and sharing this beautiful & life changing practice! Blankets and eye masks are provided. Mats provided for up to 15 attendees.
